With spring comes baseball and ERA is leading the way in sports facility related economic consulting. ERA is proud to have consulted on the new Pac Bell Park home of the San Francisco Giants and two minor league parks, Dell Diamond in Round Rock Texas and Raley Field in Sacramento, California. ERA's consulting assignments included economic impact assessment, off-season facility use potential and expert opinion in support of bond financing.
In addition to baseball, ERA consults on sports arenas including the MCI Center (Washington DC) and Staples Arena (Los Angeles) with the focus on creating entertainment destinations.
