ERA Announces New Principals
Jon Landers Joins Washington, DC Office
ERA's Washington DC office welcomes Jon Landers as a Principal. Jon was previously the Deputy Director of the Experience Music Project in Seattle, responsible for marketing, business development, sponsorships, and promotions. He brings to ERA 27 years of experience in strategic planning, management, and marketing. Jon will be responsible for advancing ERA's practice in museums and other cultural destinations, and will work closely with the firm's sports facilities and entertainment practice groups.
Michael Wright Joins Los Angeles Office
ERA’s Los Angeles office welcomes Michael Wright as a Principal. Michael was previously a Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis’s Public/Private Consulting Practice Group based in Los Angeles. He brings over 15 years of experience in public/private development and real estate consulting. His expertise includes market demand and financial feasibility analysis, fiscal and economic impact assessments, as well as asset management and property disposition analysis. He has provided analysis and transaction strategy for ground lease negotiations; joint development strategies for transit properties, strategic planning for entertainment/retail developers, master planned communities, urban revitalization and large-scale commercial products. Michael will be responsible for advancing ERA’s real estate practice based in California.
David Nissenson becomes Principal in Washington, DC
Since joining ERA's Washington, DC office in 1996, David has developed his professional expertise in recreation real estate including golf and other golf-related developments, second-home real estate, hotel and resort development, and other leisure, hospitality, and amenity uses. Core services David can provide to include market demand and financial feasibility analysis, fiscal and economic impact assessments, financial modeling, business plan development, operations audits, and concept master planning.
David leads the Firm’s Recreation Real Estate Practice Group with Bob Chickering in our San Francisco office.
Mark Dvorchak becomes Principal in Los Angeles
A principal in the headquarter Los Angeles office of ERA, Mr. Dvorchak has extensive consulting experience with recreation real estate. While at ERA, Mr. Dvorchak has brought his background in the entertainment industry, strong education in quantitative evaluation, and fluency in technology to provide ERA clients with state-of-the-art analysis techniques that provide new insight and perspective on complex land use projects.
Mr. Dvorchak is part of ERA’s Recreation Real Estate Practice Group, which focuses on the economics of land uses that include entertainment or leisure elements. Mr. Dvorchak also heads ERA’s Gaming Industry Practice, which specializes in gaming and recreation land uses associated with gaming activities.
